Anyone out there who was at 66th CIC, Region II, Heidelberg during the period of 1950-51 ???

My father, Maj. I. G. Carthew was stationed in Germany with the 66th CIC.  He was there in 1948 to 1952 in Bremerhaven, where I was born, and 1954 to 1957 in Stuttgart.  I need to do some research with my brother to find out exactly where he worked. I do remember some names from that time but not much.  My brother may remember more as he is older.
